I used DVDXCOPY to generate 2 DVD5s from a DVD9, and before actually burning, went in with Ifoedit and yanked out the DVD BACKUP splash screen as well as the FBI warning and such. I burned the disk with Nero from there, and then told DVDXCOPY to skip the disk.

Everything works as it should, but when I put the disk in my SA player, it hops from chapter to chapter for a while, then settles down and gives me the menu.

I used the "Delete Playback" button on the VOB-ID in question from Language Menu Unit. I did *not* actually do Strip VOB-IDs. Is that what I needed to do?

Also, how can I (using Ifoedit) control what plays first when I pop the disk in? DVDXCOPY handles that for me (play movie, keep menus, etc.) but I'd like to know how to do it myself.
