    I've been using dvd to svcd with no problems.... I just formatted and now everytime it encodes now as pal. How do i get it to encode as ntsc again????

    CCE has no options for changing framerate or for changing resolution, short of just cutting the resolution exactly in half. It only encodes to mpg given the source you feed it. If your output is PAL than that is because you are giving it PAL.

    If your source is PAL, then you need to convert to NTSC either before encoding or through your frameserver.
