I have many Futurama episodes in .AVI format on my computer that I'd like to burn as VCDs to watch them on TV. I thought I needed to convert them all as .mpg format and then burn them as VCDs using Nero, but I found out they don't need to be in .mpg format. I just dragged the .AVI file into Nero and the VCD worked.. but the problem is the sound is out of sync. If I was to convert them all into .mpg, I would have converted using the video and audio separately, which could have solved this problem, but it takes a long time to do all this (convert to mpg)
What could I do to make the sound in sync with the video without spending hours on converting?
(converting also loses quality of picture...)
Any reply is appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob

Nero is converting to mpg and then authoring to VCD, but Neros encoder isn't that good and it is slower than tmpgenc(at least last time I tried it...maybe a year ago...
) and it doesn't have that much features.
