those who own one of the 5000 series LG dvd player (5083, 5183, 5353 etc)
could you send me your model's firmware sequence?
they look something like this: 55 53 00 FE 12 55 FE 00
I'm trying to unlock some secret menus on my player.
the easiest way to find these is as follows

1. Power on the player with no disc in the drive.
2. Press Stop on the remote control.
3. Press Pause on the remote control.
4. Using the remote control, key in the following: 1, 4, 7, 2
5. Don't mess with anything, write down the sequence and power off
