Two DVD backup and I want to make it one.

I have this two disc backup I made with DVDX Copy and I want to make it into a single disc. The original is damaged along with a few others after my stupid cat knocked the storage tray off the top of the TV a few weeks ago so I can't use it.

What tools do I need to do this? I think I need to use IFOedit but I don't know how to run that program (I have it installed).

Hey I found a guide on how to do this so I may give that a go. It turns out my daughter has two of the three damaged DVD's I need so she is going to send me them so I only need to fix one problem.
