I'll qualify this by saying I know very little about mpeg4/divx/xvid/etc. But since you havn't gotten a response yet, I'll say if you can convert that mpeg4 to an avi file, you could easily get to a VCD. You may have to do something with the audio too.

But with what program? TMPGEnc doenst work w/ mp4 and Nandub too...

use export with quicktime unless
1. you dont have Quicktime Pro
2. it is a streaming mp4 file and not a progressive download like most old quicktime
