Here's the deal...
I'm trying to backup my Beatles Anthology DVD-box, starting with the first disc of five. After ripping the entire disk (DVD-9), this is what I got:
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.VOB
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_5.VOB
VTS_01_6.VOB
VTS_01_7.VOB
VTS_01_8.VOB
The disk is devided into two episodes, episode 1 and episode 2, and has a menu where you can choose to view whichever you desire. Each episode is represented by one PGC (Title). When clicking in the menu on one of the episodes the DVD-player plays the selected PGC and counts from Chapter 1 which means that the time is 00:00:00. The first episode is 79 minutes long and the second is 72.
I'm using a taking help from guides at www.doom9.org ("DVD-9 to DVD-5 'Full Copy' Instructions" and "Getting the best out of CCE"). So far so good.
To the problem:
After creating a .d2v file (DVD2AVI-project), ripping subtitles, demuxing audio and getting chapters with Chapter-X-Tractor I was going to start encoding. I did all the settings, saved the .ecl file and edited (adding the chapters I got from Chapter-X-Tractor) it using notepad. Well well, the trouble is that the chapters I got are devided inte two titles (which they should) but CCE just wants to encode a 150 minutes long video file (that means both episodes). So if I add the chapters i will only get chapters for the first episode since only the chapters from one of the episodes will be imported in the .ecl file.
I'm not really sure if I've given you all the facts, since it is a little complicated (for me at least). But I really need help with this one so if you need any more info, please do not turn away because you don't have it and can't help me due to this. Just ask me for it and I will provide it.
Thanks in advance
