What does DVD Toolbox do?

I see a lot of people using this with InstantCopy and I just want to know what the big deal was.

Instant Copy doesn't know how to handle when you uncheck titles of the DVD Structure. So if you use the reg hack for IC -- chances are that the IFOs are messed up. So to fix this, people are using DVDToolbox to strip whatever they want from the DVD and feed that to IC. This way, IC won't mess up the IFO files.

exactly ..use either dvdtoolbox or dvdshrink to strip the main movie and then feed it to IC. My fault for recommending to do it by just unchecking IC. Guess I got to excited when IC first came out and all. When I redo my IC guide I'll only recommend that way and if you do want 1:1 rather than Main Movie Only then just reduce extras way down in IC.
