VOB CONVERSION TO SVCD FAST AND EASY...........?????

Anyone know of a easy and simple program to convert VOB files to SVCD and or vcd........??? I have used SUPER DVD RIPPER but I am unable to get it to work on my computer. Presently I am using DVD2 and converting to avi, then to wav then using tmpgenc to make a svcd. Obviuosly has to be an easier and faster way. The Super DVD ripper was great but it won't activate on my computer, will start but unable to get access to use it...??

Have you tried Eazy VCD ?, this allows you to open up your ripped vobs and then convert them to vcd.

or...

you could use it to rip the files aswell.

Look in the GUIDES section. There are countless ways. The most automatic way I know is DVD2SVCD, which has it's own drawbacks. If your looking for a 1 click (or close to it) solution, try that. Just be aware that it does take some configuring to get it working properly, and you will need at least a minor working knowledge of what your doing.

I'd suggest you start in the guides section under DVD TO and go from there...

It is true DVDx is easy, but in truth the quality is the worst. Only good VCD.
I started here with the SVCDs and have learned alot since.
I rarely do a SVCD but if I do I use Mediator with bbmpeg. 5 hours but great quality on playback.

I am a bit different in that I want free.
