  1. I have Norcent Dp-300 and I heard a lot of high bitrate

svcd, cvd, xvcd, kvcds are played fine

BUT! mine can even play svcd that has 2000 bitrate

actually if the bitrate goes over 1800, the movie starts to look wierd.

I burnt skvcd and it has 2411 bitrate. 352x480

I made it with TMPGenc (all the other svcd's too)

sounds are REALLY choppy and sceens are choppy T_T

Is there something wrong with my player or TMPGenc?

anyone has same problem or can help me?

    Its your player.
When decoding a movie, the Decoder has to be physically able decode the bitrate. If bit rate is too high then its like a buffer underrun when u burn.
