    The Users Manual has no information regarding the problems I've been having, and I hope someone can help. After inserting a DVD, the screen shows 'Loading...' After 20-25 seconds, the screen shows 'wrong disc.' (This after several tries with several different DVDs.) I've actually done this at least 30-40 times. Something interesting happened about attempt #35...After the screen showed 'Loading'...it then showed 'ERR 50.'

    I've tried logging onto Norcent's website at 'www.norcent.com' and also 'www.norcent.net' and neither site was available.

    I'd sure appreciate any help

    Are you testing with a standard store bought DVD?

    It could be a dirty laser issue.

    As a last effort, unplug for 24hrs or so to force a firmware cold reboot.
