add picture on dvd

I want to insert a picture (any format will do) in front of or just behind of my stream (movie only) on dvd...

how can this be done the most simple way? something to be done with IFOedit?

for example:

<picture> (preferable with selectable pause in sec. input)

the movie

Well, this problem can't be so difficult to solve?

Really nobody ever tried this that it worked?

I've inserted pictures into my home videos using Studio 8. I'm sure other video editing software can do the same thing. Perhaps if you created a video using nothing but the picture, you could then use one of the tools here to add the two video streams together. I'm not an expert on DVD tools, so someone else might be able to tell you what tools to use.
