TMPGEnc converting letter box

OK im using TMPGEnc to convert my avi files to mpeg to burn onto a vcd. The movie is in letter box size but when i come to set it up on TMPGEnc it only gives me the options of 4:3 and 16:9 which is wide screen. Dos any one no how to set it up for letter box size?

yes I can help you there,,,

go into settings,, at the bottom of the main menu,, and then go to advanced,, there will be a drop down-list box,,, the drop down box is labeled video arrange method,, and click on Full screen(keep aspect ratio)that should leave your movie file as is,, in letterbox,,,
