I have a concert divided in several MPEG1 Muxed files. But some of them wont burn as a VCD-track. How can I convert these MPEGs so that they burn as VCDs?

    thanks!

Use VCDGear to do an MPEG-to-MPEG treatment with the Toast Output option enabled. This works like a charm on the PC/VirtualPC, but I have yet to use the OS X version successfully.

  3. OS X worked for me. If it doesn't work for you, use the OS 9 version

    one thing
I had this problem when i use the JAW mpeg splitter program. Only the 1st split would author. The rest all gave me errors. I couldnt even open them and watch them, but the first I could.

So i tried three different splitters and finally one worked and all of the splits were able to be authored. mpgtx GUI mpeg editor 1.4b4 is the name of the program I used that gave good results.

    Try that and see.

it could be just the program you used to split it.

I think the problem with most mpeg splitters is they'll split at a certain megabyte size, or at a certain time stamp, and not on a GOP header. MPEG sequences that don't begin with a GOP header are invalid streams.
