  1. This is the third day I have been working on this, and I still can't figure it out completely. I am getting closer though, thanks to everyones help.

    Here is my problem:
I have an avi file that I want to burn to VCD. It is 700mb, and 100min, so I want to cut it and put it on 2 cds. I am using the cutting in TMPG, and then I encode to mpg. But, here is the problem. When TMPG gets done encoding, my new file has no sound. Does anyone know what would cause this?

To make this even weirder.....TMPG works fine if I encode without cutting the file. It comes out perfectly, with sound and everthing. It's when I cut the file and encode, that is when I get no sound.

Does anyone have a diagnosis? I have tried so many different things, I am about to go crazy!
Thanks for any help you can give, I would appreciate it so much!

Either restarted TMPGEnc or rebooted the puter, I had that problem once.
