  1. Hello. I bought my self a dvd burner...
It can burn dvd- +R and +RW i think..

    8)

    Yeap..

    I've burned some vcd's on a cd-r
thats why i bought myself a dvd player.. because i can burn 2-3 maybe more films on a dvd than a cdr..

    but here's the question:

what file do i need to burn if i can play it on my dvd player`? is it vcd on dvd cd's too?

i have a samsung dvd player.. that with both vcr and dvd..
    SV-DVD3E

i read all about the dvd players and it supports dvd+r+rw

i read a little more.. do i have to make my movies to mpeg2 and then burn it?

i have both divx and avi files..

Question nr2: How do i make a dvd menu? i used nero, but that only work when you burn (s)vcd i think.. is ther any programmes that does the menu job easy and at the sameway look proffesional?'

    CrAp!

    :)

You need to get a DVD Authoring program. There are many available... DVD Complete, Ulead DVD Workshop, etc.

The authoring program will convert your AVI files to MPEG2 and then put them in a file format and order that your DVD player will recognize.

Most DVD Authoring programs will have some sort of menuing tools included.

    Good luck.
