    Overall mate i think dvdshrink to the best newbie ripper/encoder...the end pic quality is bloody good especially if you rip just the movie and if you have to resize it to fit on a dvd5 disk.try to reduce it by about 10% and no more.......use copytodvd to burn it and BINGO you have a near perfect movie only dvd disk!!!! I still have a job to search for any bad pixles on my backup's................. 8)
