TMPEGnc cuts off before Mpegs are joined

Guys i've just got a copy of KISS OF THE DRAGON starring JET LI, STANDARD PAL VCD 2 CD's

I didn't use VCDGEAR to copy them off the cd's i just drag them off and renamed them to KISS 1.mpg and KISS 2.mpg.

Looking at them both i noticed that if i cut out the end titles i will be able to put the whole movie(minus the end titles) onto a 90min cd.

Now i've tried joining the 2 Mpegs togther using TMPEGnc making sure that i choose MPEG1 VIDEO VCD. Now it go's all the way to about 721mb and then finish's.

But When i checked the movie it is not all there.

I've also tried DEMUXING and MUXING the KISS2.mpeg cause that's where the problem lies, but that did'nt work either.


I've had the same problem a couple of times even using VCDGEAR.

Besides reincoding KISS 2.mpg, does ne1 know what the problem is ?.

Also tried MYFLIX joiner, that joined it ok but made the picture freeze and jump and the joined point.

Anyone help at all

Don't Know

"M2 Edit" is very good for Vcd Mpegs, cut join etc

Sounds like the mpegs have a fault in them, will "vdub-mp3-freeze.exe" detect any problem ?
