  1. Here's the breakdown
I use Flask with bbmpeg...Iknow it's slow but I don't have a lot of time to sit at my computer so...when I come back I need it to be done! Anyway....

In FlaskMPEg global settings select 23.976 fps.
In the bbmpeg settings select the follwing...
    1. select SVCD and Enable VBR
    2. Quality should be between 5 and 8
    3. change bitrate to 1600000
    4. Change the FPS to 23.976 NTSC capsulated
    5. select the audio properties tab and change the
    bitrate to 64
    6. start conversion

If you want 29.97fps then bitrate should be 1500000 and quality should be 8***

I converted Gone in 60 seconds with this method and not only
did I get the movie one 1 CD(movie is 1hr 57mn) but I was able to include the Action Overload and theatrical trailer with space to spare!!!!

I burned with Nero - creating a menu with same program - and disc worked perfectly

***(For those with only 74min CDR you can still fit all this on the disc - my total file sizes combined were only 675mb before the burn!!!!!)

  2. ooops...
Also ouput size should be 352*240

bbmpeg WILL give you both a warning and after multiplexing it WILL give a SVCD framsize error.

    you CAN IGNORE these errors!!!

  3. For those who question quality...
It is of good to great depending on the movie

(my gone in 60 sec conversion looks better than my VCD conversion-thanks to VBR )
