    i am using Ulead Movie Factory and trying to burn a ripped DVD to a DVD+R Disc. I have done it twice and both completed successfully. But at about 49 minutes the sound gets messed up. the video keeps playing but it goes back 5 minutes of sound. then after it gets back to where it messes up it doesn't play sound anymore.... whats going on here?

    please help, its driving me crazy. i have tried putting it into chapters as well and its still the same. thanks in advance

    Need more info. What software are you using, what settings did you use, how did you author the disc, how did you burn the disc, is this the first time this has happend, etc. etc.

    Some burners/media have trouble writting/reading at the disc edge. That could be the problem, but it could be a lot of this. If you have a VIDEO_TS folder on your HD prior to burning, what happens when you play that with a software DVD player?
