I got some files with a bigger size than 810 MB.When I try to cut them with tmpeg or others I always got ""Illegal Mpeg-Stream"".I think they
are not SVCD conform.
Is there an tools which is able to cut these files to CD size ??.

What version of Tmpgnc were you using? Newer versions work better than some of the older versions for cutting MPEG's.

I've seen that error when using TMPGEnc to try to cut and join some MPEG2 files. Most of mine are non-standard SVCD's (352x240) but I don't know if thats the issue, maybe someone else on the forum has an idea. You might try another MPEG editor, such as Womble.
If you are trying to get them to fit on a CDR one thing you might try is to reprocess the files in TMPGEnc down to a smaller file size. You will lose a little quality but you won't lose any content.

How much bigger? I mean you can overburn a little bit. Did you try and burn it and have it fail, or are you just guessing it's too big?
