Downloaded some wrestling clips but they have french commentary over the english commnetary that i do not understand. Intend to burn the clips out as vcds.Want to do a few things
1)How to remove the french commentary?
2)How to remove all commentary and add my own commentary?

Some clips are of real bad quality, how do i EFFECTIVELY Improve them?
3)How to add my own music or cut and join the videos?
4)How to improve the quality of the clips?

audio is pretty easy you could use premiere and add your own audio. or you could with demultiplexing the clip and just multiplex the video with a different audio file. the quality is a different thing. you cannot make it better beyond a certain point. if the video is horrible quality, you cannot make it look like a dvd.

Try an audio program like Gold Wave. It will load all the audio and you can play either track separately. One track should be English, the other "en Français".

You can delete the track you no longer need. If you wish to create your own commentary (you little "ham", you ), this program will record your commentary if you have a microphone, save it to a wave format, and you can use the as the audio portion of your video.
