I have been using tmpgenc, virtual dub, Nero, etc.. to encode movies to burn. Here is my Question. I would like to be able to learn how to put a complete movie on one cd rom, instead of using two all the time. What program can be used to change the bit rate? Or where do I look on here to find someting on the topic of compressing to fit on one cd. I have been all over the forum and can't find what I am looking for.

Every encoder (including TMPGEnc) have a bitrate setting, and this is the only parameter determining the final output file size.
If you look hard under CONVERT, you find this guide...
