Hello DVD Movie factory users, I have to ask some questions because I used DVD It, but I heard here on a forum that MF is better.

Lets start.

1. How can I know how much hours of video I can fit on a DVD in diferent bit rate, because I will capture, video direct to MPEG 2 and so I need to know how many GB(read hours) I can fit on a 4.7 Gb DVD (here is example: I captured 2 hrs movie in MPEG2 and it was about 4GB,(4000btr), when I imported that file in DVDit and when I tryed to burn DVD it said that file is to big-more than 4.7Gb-so I find out that DVDit converts audio from MPEG audio into PCM-so i had to capture again but 1:30min.)
I see here when I pres ALT+J that different bit rate have different audio properties. bit rate 6000-MPEG audio, bit rate 8000-LPCM-but what that mean-how many minutes is 6000 bit rate -my card captures in 6000 bit rate MPEG audio.

In MF setting is 4000bit rate=2hrs-so will it accept 2 hrs up to 4Gb as DVDit wont.

2. If I capture in 6000bit rate MPEG audio, as much as space limit alow me-4.5gb and adjust in Movie factory 6000 bit rate, can I burn such file on DVD or MF will after converting that will reduce quality or the quality wilol be the same.

3. Is it true that Movie factory knows to f..k up audio/video synch?

4. And whats the diference between MPEG audio and LPCM in MF bit rate settings-why is not the same?
