After reading your post i looked at my copy of the first disc and i noticed that the second episode does start first. Anyone know the problem?

Just curious as to what you used to back it up the first time.
I'm planning a back-up within the week of BOB and am trying to decide the best method for this episode disc series.
I've been very happy with InstantCopy7.1 on the Six Feet Under series. -

Please re-Post your question. I read the POST titles and I always see the same thing. Please assum that we arent mind readers and know exactly what you want. The simple answer to your exact question is "Yes".
Do you want the exact steps posted?
Do you want the menu?
Do you want episode only, viewed as chapters?
Do you want to stream rip it down?
Are you using IFOedit?
Are you using DVD2One?
Do you own a computer?
Are you alive?
BOB has been ripped countless times by myself and hundreds of folks, so instead of me posting this very sarcastic (Sorry) answer I could have been helping you out, please dont take offense to this, I am hoping some other folks will read this and post questions a bit better, with more detail. Thats why know one is answering. -

For other readers of this Post, to fix the reversed order.

To fix the last chapter from playing again, that would be a simple IFOedit hack of the VTS_01_1.IFO.
Since I dont have a copy of it, I can only guess, but you can simply delete the last cell in the playback or remove the last cell reference in the PGC list.

I'm backing up my Band of Brother series right now. The way I rip those is making 2 PGC's with DVDDecrypter, downsample with CCE. After that I compile everything with DVD Maestro and make a menu myself.
But thats not what you asked tho, excuse me
On my original disc:
PGC1 = Episode 1
PGC2 = Episode 2
Menu Button 1 = Episode 1
Menu Button 2 = Episode 2
I got the PAL series of Band of Brothers. Don't have any problems with the 2 episodes being reserved.
