    I am using Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 to create an svcd.. I am trying to take a 7 minute movie clip from a dvd and import it into my Movie Factory.. it grabs the video fine but says it does not support AC3 audio.. so now I have to get audio in the form of wav or mp3. What is the best program to take the audio from the vob and make it wav? and how do I use the program to do it...

    DVD2AVI can do this (see the DVD rip guides to the left). Basically just open teh first VOB in the series (the others will load automatically), then choose save project (will generate d2v and wav file). You only need the wav file.
