I can get my Mpeg2 to load if I use the one of the Wizard's "NTSC" modes.
The only problem is if I use the NTSC for VCD I have to cut out parts of the movie to make it fit on one CD.
If I use the other two NTSC modes they will fit on one CD without a problem, but they will degrade the quality so that square blocks are noticeable.
In any of the modes I can not change the bitrate, otherwise it will not work.
Thanks for the help.

If everything is infinite then nothing is definite.

If the quality on one disk is not acceptable, then you need to split your MPEG across multiple disks.
