I seem to always have problems with DVD2SVCD whenever I use it for "DVD'S" which is not often. It's great for SVCD's, thus the name..and it's also great for DVD's where their aren't multiple angles or any seamless branching. But when I have a movie that has seamless branching or multiple angles, I end up getting sync issues.
I was making a copy of Terminator 2 and just kept the 1st PGC... with IFOEdit, I just ripped the first PGC. DVD2SVCD finsihed and everything was ok. Then I checked the first two vobs of my output and THE AUDIO WAS PERFECTLY IN SYNC. Before I author and burned the disk, I decided to try the last vob..and SURE ENOUGH...THE AUDIO WAS OFF SYNC by about a second or less.
The audio was AHEAD of the Video, and I was like DAMN! What is shocking is that for the FIRST HOUR of the movie, the audio was perfect, but then towards the second half of the movie, it gets off by a second or so.
Can anyone reccomend any setting adjustment to get sync throughout the entire movie? If so, please let me know. Thanks
