I have AverMedia TV/FM98 card.
This card works well with good VHS, but when I try to capture very old VHS , I am getting about 50% frames dropped.
I tried AIW 7500 and it works much better than my card.
This suggests that not all cards are created equal.
I don't want to buy AIW because it will downgrade my video.
I am wondering if somebody knows some good capture card, which allows to capture poor VHS tapes with little frames dropped, has stereo tuner, and costs < 100$.
Thanks!

I have a LEADTEK WINFAST 2000 XP DELUXE and it does fine for me.
