I am converting a dvd to SVCD and i am using DVD2SVCD. i specified the bitrate as 1600 in the bitrate tab. and when the process of conversion starts the bitrate exceeds 1.6mbps to 3mbps. the encoder is cinema craft. the dvd i am converting is almost 2hours long. i have tried several other programs to accomplish a better conversion but i get erros like "too many samples". I have tried programs like Copy DVD6.0. DVDx2.2 and super dvd ripper. they all don't work properly. If anyone has a suggestion on any other programs i could use that would be helpful. In the picture i have enclosed can is it ok to have the minimum and maximum bitrates to be equal.
