    I like to rip a DVD to CVD with two audios.
    How can I mux mpeg2(vbr) with two stereo-streams?

    Best way would be with bbmpeg. Just follow the bbmpeg cutting guide on this site.

    You can also use TMPGenc. File/mpeg tools/multiplex. Just load all three streams and set the output to mpeg2 svcd and hit run.
