ReplayTV Tweaks

What Tweaks or hacks are out there for this system? I'm interest in getting one.

my concern, if I buy one and the company goes under I'm out of luck right? is there a way to use the ReplayTV manually without the service?

I know there is a hack to add a second Hard Drive...
what else is there for it?

and I read from a different forum that if someone cracks the activation, they will pay them... its a bet. It's under the service agreement, they said they welcome you to try to hack or crack it... Weird.

can you some how get the video you recorded from your ReplayTV to PC???

and then burn it to DVD-R? if so, how??? thx
