Creating TmpGenc templates is easy.
Start TmpGenc, cancel the wizard. Click load and select an existing template thats closest to waht uou need. Click load again and load unlock.mcf from the extras folder. Now make whatever changes you want and click save. Givit a descriptive filename and Voila!! a new Tmpgenc template. -
if you mean that you dont know how to create a templete,
is really very eazy.
you just need to load a templete you want, and then change all the settings so it whould fit your needs, hit save and save it under whatever name you want.
if you need to know what does every setting in the filters mean, its more complicated,but you can try it on a short clip to see the effect on the mpeg.HELL AINT A BAD PLACE TO BE -
Sorry. May be it's my bad english. But I ment something like this:
MPEG.Video.VBR_MultipassVBRAlgorithm = MPEGVideoEncoder_MultipassVBRAlgorithm_MultipassCQ <- what other possibilities do I have?
Is there a list of so called "code words" or sth like that?
If I want to create or change a template I do have to know what words to use...
And where do I have to put the description which is shown on the right side of the wizard-window when you mark a template?
Hope I now found the right words to describe my problem ;-)
Thanx again -
If you are opening the templates in a text editor and trying to change them there, don't. Follow the advice given above and you will be fine.
