  1. I emailed ArcSoft tech support over a month ago, to ask a simple question: Is there a way to save the file (when clicking on Make Movie) as DVD, but not at 720x480? I want to save the file as 352x240.

I received a reply that said they would contact me within 2 days. It's now been over a month and I've resubmitted the question at least 5 times.

    Does anyone know the answer?

You can save the movie as DVD but click settings, choose 'File Type' MPG2, then 352X240 then save. You will have to change the audio sampling rate of the MPEG file to 48k to be DVD compliant.

I know of no easier way with this program.

  3. BorgQueen,
You can only adjust frame size NOT samplerate.
Also Arcsoft was bought by Sonic last year and they are no longer supporting ShowBiz.

What I meant to say was the sampling rate of the encoded MPEG file will have to be changed to 48K. To do this, you will have to use another program such as TMPGEnc.
