Hey all, I wanted to see if anyone else is having problems with instant copy locking up. Sometimes it will do it when I preview. However it 'always' does it when I'm trying to transcode/compress. I make every thing the way I want it, but then it when I hit ok for it to start the process it locks hard. Can't move mouse, can't do ctrl alt del or anything. I kinda wonder if it is my video card causing problems, but I don't see why it would... it plays dvd movies fine. Anyway here is my info:
Windows 2000
AMD 1700 Athlon
256 meg
90gig hd
Diamond Viper V770 (I know it is old)
KT3 Ultra motherboard
Don't really know what else would be important. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
DD

Hey good news!!! I found the resolution to my own problem.
It was a graphics driver. My video card is nvidia. I went to www.nvidia.com and downloaded the latest drivers for win2000. After I installed the drivers, instant copy does not lockup anymore. It works great!
Just wanted to post to let others know in case they were experiencing the same problem.
