Im not sure if this is a capture or a conversion issue, but since I dont have this problem with tmpeg i guess it should go here...
I used iuVCR 4.7.1.283 to capture a movie from VHS with the fps set as 25, but the info tab shows Average fps varying from 23 to 24.99 during capture.
When I try to load the finished capture into CCEsp 2.66.01.07 it tells me:
Framerate 10000000/387942 is not supported. Supported frame rate are 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94 and 60.
Can i simply not use iuVCR to capture if i want to use CCE to encode? I dont have any problem loading the same file into tmpeg but cce wont accept it for some reason. Is it just pickier about what it will accept?
