I've been converting mov's to flv's with ffmpegx for a few months with no problems. But recently, whenever i try it, my flv's end up looking like they are about 6 frames per second. I'm going for the full 29.97. The audio plays fine, though.
I've tried using different source material with the same result.
i tried converting to different codecs and things seemed fine
I also tried reinstalling ffmpegx (but not the binaries, yet) with no luck
Here's my settings
VIDEO
video bitrate: 1700
time: 11 min
size: 139 MB
video size 720x400
frame rate: 29.97
AUDIO (default)

bitrate: 56kbits
Sampling: 22050
channel: stereo

audio track: 0
invert mapping checked
FILTERS

qmin: 2
qmax: 10
keyframe:300
these are the same settings I've been using all along, only now they don't give me good frame rate. help me please.
