I only want to encode a section of video in MainConcept and was wondering how I can do this.
Any ideas appriciated

what is your source ? (it can not be done directly in MC) but there are easy work arounds ..

if your source is a avi file, you can frameserve it to MC from virtualdub. I´m trying to add black borders to the original avi file to keep the right aspect ratio of the avi file, but MC refuse to get the virtualdub frameserved video right. all i can get is a green screen. if someone have more luck in frameserving to MC, POST NOW or SHUT UP FOREVER!
this is the unique error i found in MC. NO KEEP ASPECT RATIO OPTION!
