    A strange thing happened to my computer. When I run SmartRipper, the program doesn't give me the option to START! I downloaded the program on another computer and got the same problem. Do I need to download something else?

    An interesting question. I just opened my Smartripper to see what you were talking about and found I don't have a start button either! Turns out that if you dont' have enough disk space on your target drive then you won't get a start button! Try to free enough space on your target drive and then your start button should appear. Depending on the size of the DVD you're trying to rip, you may need over 4GB of free space.
