how do i strip the movie from a dvd9?

Hi,

im trying to just strip out a movie from an DVD9 ive looked everywhere for a guide which shows just that but have had no success
so if anyone can help please do so, thanks alot guys,

Unless I have completely missed the intent of your post, there are a NUMBER of guides that specifically show you how to strip out the movie only from a DVD-9.

I will give you one of a number of software programs that will do it, which is also located on the left side under tools called DVDycrpter. Once loaded you click file mode and then IFO, then click the one of the other tabs (second one from the left) and it says "select main movie". Then click decrypt.

well it would be a little better if you gave more info. so you are just trying to extract the ifo vob files? you can do that with any ripper. how big is the main moive its self?
