Hi All,
I have noticed that if I use a GOP structure of IIIIIIIIII I get perfect quality with no artifacts but the forward function in my Panasonic DVD is not working as expected.
Any Ideas?

As you now know, a "IIIII" type GOP structure is not a valid DVD format. No authoring program should have compiled this video (let alone, import it).
I would say that you are fortunate that your player even plays it. This structure:
1) is not bit efficient.
2) will suffer from artifacts (bit starvation).
3) will be lower quality that a standard GOP. -
Hi,
This is the only GOP Structure that doesn't present artifacts in my DVD Player! And the quality is really great! Am I missing something?
Ulead DVD workshop accept it perfectly!
