Made a backup copy of "The Matrix." Selected to keep english subtitle and AC3-6ch sound. Output directory 4.30 gigs. When I watched the movie I noticed that the fight scene between Neo and Morpheus in the karate training room was missing. When I play the movie, it just skips over it completley. Audio is still synchronized, however. Does anybody have this problem as well?

Now I am freaking out because I have made numerous backups with dvd2one. Are they all "missing" and chapter here and there????
