    uhm.. so i got this...
    and i have all the stuff needed

    i added aa video... a whole video.
    pushed encode

    and the result was a 7 second video... that was the outcome... from a 1 hour video...

    what??

    im just confused.

    totally a newbie here btw..

    What format is your source file? (e.g. MPG with MPEG-2 video and AC3 audio)
    To what format were you trying to convert? (e.g. AVI with XviD video and mp3 audio)
    What did the Process Information log say? (To access the log, press the blue "i" in the ffmpegX Progress window. Copy the content from the pop-up window here.)
