I recently authored a dvd (with encoding and authoring with DVD maestro), then burned it on a dvd+r using RecordNow and Sony 500a. It plays fine on my desktop with winDVD and Intervideo DVD. But when I put it in my standalone (a panasonic player), it only plays the introduction (meaning the VIDEO_TS file and its VBO). Afterwards, the disc is automatically stopped. Did I do something wrong during the encoding process or am I doing something wrong with DVD Maestro? The only difference b/w my VIDEO_TS and the VTS_01 set of files is that I got the VIDEO_TS files directly from the ripped DVD (without manipulation), while the VTS_01 files are manipulated from the whole encoding and authored process. That's why I think I did something wrong with either the encoding or the authoring process. Could this be a regional incompatible issue?
