Hey Everyone, I seem to be having the same trouble as everyone else - my subtitles start to lose sync midway through the movie. I have NTSC moives, I use SubRip to get the subs and then I use DVDMaestro to create the vobs. I was wondering if anyone figured out a way to prevent the subs from losing sync or how to fix them if it is not preventable. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could be the 23.975fps v. 24fps v. 29.97fps v. 30fps issue. Take a look at (esp the end/pulldown choices):
