Ok, after about 150 encoded movies (125 SVCD, 25 DVD) I have encountered a new and frankly quite stupid problem - my TMPGEnc outputs the encoded movies in a smaller size. I set it to e.g. 2G and it turns out 1.3G. Never happened before, and now it happens every now and then, I tried different settings with no evident luck.

My main suspicion lies within changing the frame size to forced 720x480, but since I never did it before there is no real logic behind it. Another suspicion I have is the xvid codec - the latest movie it happened with was an xvid (No real logic there either).
    Sweet.

Which version of TMPGEnc do you use?
If you use the v2.59,then uninstall it and install the latest version which is 2.510 cause v2.59 have a bug in it which makes outputting movies bigger than calculated.

Well, I use 2.59, but mine makes my files smaller. I guess I'll try that anyway. Thanks!
