I can't figure this one out (at least I can't figure the cause)
I'm capturing a vhs tapes and I'm trtying to use virtualdub instead of ulead studios
My problem is that after capturing my output (before i've done any type of modifying to it) show the regular image and the at the bottom it shows a duplicate of the top quarter of the video ...kinda like when your older t.v used to go outta wack and scroll up and down.
any help'd be great thanks

Well, this can happen if you capture at a resolution that doesn't match one of the the capture card/driver's standard sizes or you're capturing at PAL resolution and the input is NTSC. (Most cards however should throw up an error message in these cases).
