I'm curious to know do you do it as 1 file or 2 files?Do you think you can get just as good of Quality doing it to 1 file as you can with 2 or do you find that doing the DVD over 2 files looks better, not alot, rather than doing 1?
Just curious as someone told me that only inexperienced people do DVD's to AVis over 2 files and that experienced peole know how to do it as 1 file and make it look just as good.

Let me rephrashe this.Do you think the quality of an AVI file that is 700000-800000kbs is as good as one that is 2 files of 700000-800000???

I presume that since the bitrate is the same, then the quality will be identical. All you're doing is splitting a large file into two.
I think what you're trying to get at is fitting an avi onto one or two discs. Obviously, two disks will afford more space and therefore a higher bitrate for the same length of time. Hence, the quality will be better if the file is spread over two discs (and hence twice the size) as over one disc.

Rob
