    What setting do I use in TMPG to encode a film with 24 fps to SVCD?. Will NTSC film be close enough.

    24fps is usually PAL and 29 fps is NTSC

    No 25fps is pal 29.97 fps is ntsc and 24 (or 23.976 to be precise) is NTSC film.

    I would use NTSC film if the framerate is 24.000 (close enough)
