  1. Hi, I am trying to do my first DVD-Copy and followed mainly this Guide:
    http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/userguides/78221.php
"CCE 2.5 SP DVD frameserving with Avisynth"
I did not use Pulldown since my source and destination is 25 FPS Pal.
The encoded Video plays fine on my PC. But not on others, Windows Media Player tries to download a Codec but dont find the right one, although SVCDs were watched on these PC's. When I encode to MPEG2 with TMpegEnc it can be watched on the other PC's, too. Nero accepts the CCE-encoded videos as SVCD-compliant when I use the right bitrates. Any suggestions what I can do?

The second problem: When I multiplex a videostream and two Audiostreams with TmpegEnc or bbMpeg there occur sound-probs during playback. The sync is ok, but the Sound is full of crackles and beeps when I use MP2. When I take MP3 the last few Seconds are muted. In both cases the demultiplexed audiostreams are ok. Perhaps this prob disappears when the first one is solved.

I hobe my gibberish is readable

  2. Update:

I fixed the first and half of the second Problem: There was a communication failure. When they watched a SVCD they always used a software DVD-Player. They never watched an MPEG2-Video in WMP. I thought when a SoftDVDPlayer is installed, it is possible to play MPEG2 in WMP, but it seems not. So I experimented:
I deinstalled my Tsunami Codec Pack - MPEG2 playback in WMP was not possible anymore, although WinDVD is installed.
I reinstalled from Tsunami only what I guess I need - MPEG2 playback in WMP is well. Even .mpg's with two MP2 audiostreams are well (no crackle and beep anymore). Only the versions with two MP3 audiostreams are still muted the last few seconds. But I guess I will kick MP3, just take MP2 and make real SVCD's.

ciao from a happy Maze 8)
